30-Day Returns:

EMCHI accepts returns on unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase from emchinails.com. Items marked final sale, or items that have been opened, damaged or tampered with cannot be returned.

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept any item for return that is missing the safety seal, or has been opened. Thank you for your understanding. 

Refunds:

If your order is eligible for return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less the cost of a return shipping label and non-refundable charges. If the original form of payment is no longer available, or the order was placed using an EMCHI Gift Card, we will issue a refund onto a new EMCHI Gift Card.

EMCHI may also offer to issue a replacement, instead of process a return, for an item of relatively equal value. 

Orders Placed through a Third-Party:

If you did not place your order directly at emchinails.com, please contact the merchant or site where your original purchase was made. This includes orders placed on Amazon.com, Google.com (through the Buy on Google program), at a Trade Show or Demo Event, or through a third-party distributor or retailer. EMCHI cannot accept these items for return directly, and it will be at the third-party merchant's discretion, in accordance with their own return policy, to accept a return or issue a refund. 

Non-Refundable Charges:

Kindly note, any original shipping costs, gift wrapping charges, and order processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Please refer to the information provided in your myEMCHI Account for details regarding the return and refund policy of any EMCHI Professional order. For assistance, please use the contact methods in your account.

Changes to this Policy:

By placing an order at emchinails.com, the purchaser and recipient agree and understand they will be bound by this return policy, and that EMCHI reserves the right to modify or cancel any portion of, or all of, this policy, at any time without prior notice. 

EMCHI ultimately reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to accept a return, issue a refund, or offer a replacement of relatively equal value, on a case-by-case basis.
